Senior Technical Support Engineer – Integrations

Location: Staines, Surrey

Role Details: The position is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days per week on-site in Staines, Surrey. It is an Inside IR35 contract paying up to £220 per day via Umbrella company, with a duration of 12 months rolling.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues professionally
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Commitment to quality and customer service
• Experience with Email Infrastructure (POP3/IMAP, SMTP), Authentication & Authorization Technologies (LDAP, SAML), Web Services (SOAP, REST), Data Extraction Technologies (JDBC, ODBC), Networking (HTTP, TCP/IP)
• Experience coding or debugging Object-Oriented code (Java preferred)
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, Oracle)
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related Engineering field

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of ITSM, ITIL, or CMDB
• Experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Okta
• Fluency in a European language as a second language is desirable
