Job summary

Fruition Group in London is seeking a Technical Solution Architect, or a senior engineer aiming to move into solution architecture, to get under the hood of the existing product and take increasing ownership of system design and technical direction.

This role focuses on understanding how the product works today, strengthening technical documentation and creating greater structure and clarity around the architecture, working closely with Product and Engineering.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background with experience designing and building products.
• Solid distributed-systems and API design experience.
• Exposure to blockchain, DLT or smart contracts.
• Demonstrable experience producing technical, system or architecture documentation.
• Ability to turn complex technical information into clear, structured documentation.

Responsibilities

• Get under the hood of the product and develop a strong understanding of the existing technical architecture.
• Create, improve and maintain high-quality technical and architectural documentation.
• Bring structure and clarity to system architecture, technical decisions and integration patterns.
• Design and evolve scalable, secure distributed systems.
• Own and develop APIs and integration patterns.
• Translate complex business and product requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Document and communicate architectural decisions, trade-offs and technical designs clearly.
• Contribute to production code, code reviews, testing, CI/CD and observability.
• Progressively take ownership of solution design and technical direction.
