Job summary

Diverse Commercial Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to lead HVAC, electrical and planned maintenance services across client sites. The role demands hands-on technical capability, contract management and commercial development to drive growth and profitability.

You will manage technical teams, review quotations, mobilise new contracts and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. A full UK driving licence and industry qualifications are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in HVAC, electrical, mechanical or building services maintenance.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and electrical building services.
• Experience managing technical maintenance contracts and PPM programmes.
• Ability to interpret technical reports and support engineers/subcontractors.
• Experience leading engineers, technicians and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for delivery of HVAC, electrical and PPM contracts.
• Manage PPM schedules and ensure safety, accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide technical guidance to engineers, coordinators and subcontractors.
• Review technical reports, service sheets and engineer recommendations.
• Attend client meetings, site surveys and contract reviews.
• Monitor contract performance, service levels, compliance and profitability.
• Lead engineers, subcontractors and internal teams.
