EQUANS is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor for Calderdale Royal Hospital in Halifax. This permanent, full-time role (40 hours a week) oversees a multi-discipline estates team delivering a compliant, patient-focused facilities service under the PFI contract.
The ideal candidate has a mechanical bias with NVQ Level 3 and previous supervisory experience, preferably in healthcare. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Supervise a multi discipline Estates maintenance team & service partners day to day operations. Collaborate and co-operate with senior team to deliver a customer focused, cost effective and efficient Facilities Management Service at Calderdale Royal Hospital
Deliver a safe, happy & compliant hospital environment to provide the best possible patient experience. Being mechanically bias providing support to the estates team & working with the senior site bases
Maintain the operation of crucial systems within the hospital to maintain continuity for the Clinical staff. Provide support Technical to direct reports working ensuring routine maintenance and regulatory compliance is carried out to a high standard. Provided support in planned shutdown of plant and participate in internal and 3rd party audits.
