• Deep technical SEO across crawling, indexing, rendering, Core Web Vitals, architecture, and code-level optimisation.
• Lead end-to-end site migrations from scoping to launch and post-migration monitoring.
• Evaluate technical SEO opportunities for new business and support pitches.
• Coach and upskill junior colleagues in technical SEO principles.
• Translate complex technical recommendations into actionable briefs for developers and marketing managers.
• Collaborate with Head of SEO on tooling, workflows, and AI-enabled SEO solutions.
• Experience working with complex or high-value accounts across national or international markets.

Responsibilities

• Technical strategy ownership across client retainers, including site health and performance.
• Own technical evaluations during new business pitches and present strategies.
• Mentor juniors and run internal training on best practices.
