Job summary

Dynamite Recruitment in Portsmouth is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of an established desk. You will nurture warm client relationships across the UK, win new business, and drive revenue growth while developing the team around you.

This is a managed desk with clear progression to a Divisional Manager role as the technical division expands. Hybrid working with two days at home is available, and you'll be supported to build something of your own.

Dynamite Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for an experienced Senior Technical Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of an established desk and help us build the next stage of our Technical division. This isn't a cold start. You'll inherit existing clients across the UK, established relationships and a warm desk, but there is still huge potential to develop it further. We're looking for someone with fire in their belly who enjoys the commercial side of recruitment. Someone disciplined, proactive and confident winning new business, developing existing accounts and spotting opportunities for growth. There is significant scope across permanent and contract recruitment, with the opportunity to expand into new areas of the Technical market.
