Asda is seeking a Lead Technical Manager to drive technical, quality and food safety standards across the business and supplier partners. You will lead a team of technical managers, embed frameworks, and champion continuous improvement in quality and safety.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to influence across Own Brand and Trading teams, ensuring accountability and delivering business solutions at pace.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in a relevant scientific area.
• Experience in Food Manufacturing/processing.
• Proven track record in leading retail or group technical/compliance teams.
