Lucy Electric is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Engineering division, delivering LV/HV services across the UK. You will coordinate scheduling, manage cross-functional teams, and oversee delivery from sales handover to invoicing, balancing timelines with cost and quality considerations.

In a hybrid role with office, site visits, and field support, you will drive project governance, support continuous improvement, and mentor engineers and staff while maintaining flexible

Qualifications

• Experience delivering efficient and effective services to customers on site or at planning stages from an office environment.
• Experience in managing projects and programmes of work.
• Computer literate – skilled in MS Office, MS Project.
• Full driver’s License, willingness to travel as required to support team and individuals.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of UK Energy Services through delivery order book management to Programme completion.
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams ensuring work is planned to the highest standard while controlling costs, quality and safety.
• Support staff development and maintain open lines of communication within the team.
• Coordinate scheduling, site work, and logistics with engineers, sub-contractors, and utility companies.
• Oversee handovers from sales through to delivery and invoicing, ensuring smooth project progression.
