Siemens Energy is seeking a Principal Technical Author to lead the delivery of complex modifications and upgrades on SGT gas turbines. You will oversee full project lifecycles, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure adherence to customer specifications and quality standards.

The role requires 8+ years in technical project management within power generation sectors, with PMP/PRINCE2 certifications and Siemens Energy PM Certification being advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 8+ years of technical project management experience in power generation, oil & gas, or rotating equipment sectors.
• PM certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2; Siemens Energy PM Certification is advantageous.
• Proven track record delivering complex gas turbine upgrade or service projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex modifications and upgrades for SGT gas turbines, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Monitor budgets, cash flows, and contract variations; take corrective actions to optimize financial performance.
• Serve as primary contact for external customers, maintaining relationships and satisfaction.
• Identify and mitigate technical, operational, and commercial risks; coordinate local and global teams.
