Job summary

Teledyne Energetics UK in Lincoln seeks a Project Manager to deliver technically complex projects on time and to budget. You will coordinate multiple disciplines, interact with Customers and the Key Account Manager, and plan resources with Engineering and Procurement to keep milestones on track.

Leverage leadership, risk management, and ERP knowledge (SAP S4/HANA, ASC606) in a global, safety‑critical environment while contributing to pioneering energetic technologies.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated project management of highly technical programs.
• Experience with OEM customers and complex requirements.
• Experience with technical proposal delivery.
• A relevant professional PM qualification (PMP/PRINCE2).

Responsibilities

• Be a high performing Project Manager delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Maintain relationships with Customers and Key Account Manager to ensure outcomes.
• Plan engineering and compliance resource to maximise use and resolve bottlenecks.
• Support budget forecasting and risk mitigation for project delivery.
