Job summary

WEKA is seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive Forward Deployed Experience, embedding teams inside customer builds from design through final acceptance. You will manage 90–120 day multi-phase builds and hand off to run-state operations, coordinating across customers, OEMs and channels to deliver complex enterprise work.

The role demands 5–8+ years in technical program management, PMP/PRINCE2, and strong leadership with a focus on governance, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in technical program management within professional services, enterprise infrastructure, or consulting.
• Proven ability to align multi-party teams without direct contractual authority.
• Working knowledge of deployment architectures, AI/ML, or HPC infrastructure.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification; knowledge of Waterfall/Agile delivery and budget tracking.
• Strong communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex builds with a unified schedule as single source of truth.
• Lead customer IT leadership and partners; direct executive status calls and multi-vendor coordination.
• Partner with Architects and Sales to manage scope, risks, and change control.
• Identify and mitigate schedule risks weeks in advance; escalate blockers with data.
• Define phased acceptance and ensure seamless handoffs to run-state operations.
• Refine playbooks, templates, and mentor junior engagement managers.
