Qualifications

• 10+ years in data center engineering, infrastructure architecture, or facility planning roles.
• Experience with data center buildouts or retrofits, ideally AI infrastructure or modular designs.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, utility coordination, and construction permitting across regions.
• Deep understanding of power delivery and high-density cooling.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate data center readiness for high-density AI deployments across global regions.
• Lead greenfield/brownfield assessments and define build vs retrofit strategies.
• Collaborate with OEMs, owners, and partners to ensure designs meet AI workload demands and site constraints.
• Review data center designs focusing on MEP and construction permitting requirements.
• Shape modular data center designs and BOM templates for readiness deployments.
• Develop reference architectures and playbooks for site readiness and modular deployments.
• Conduct site audits to assess infrastructure capability, cost, and timelines.
• Stay updated on international building codes and EU/UK regulations.
