Job summary

Ideal candidates have 6+ years of PM experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with Jira/Confluence; experience in gaming or entertainment tech is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 6+ years of PM experience directing intake, discovery, delivery, and change management for multiple initiatives.
• Outstanding critical thinking, analytical and communication skills.
• Specialist in PM methodologies with Agile and traditional practices.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Experience managing projects in a matrix organization and reporting to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate project intake and discovery with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain up-to-date project status and provide reporting.
• Lead process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Define benchmarks and metrics to evaluate PM health.
• Gather requirements, analyze risks, and define project scope and success criteria.
• Lead regular project reviews to assess performance, risks, and issues.
• Coordinate release planning across multiple projects and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Bridge communication between technical teams and business collaborators.
