Product Madness, part of the Aristocrat family, is seeking a Technical Project Manager in London. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, align business goals with the project portfolio, and maintain transparent status updates and reporting.

The role focuses on governance, release coordination, and continuous improvement within a dynamic gaming technology environment. You will work with senior leadership and global collaborators, applying Agile and traditional PM practices, and leverage Jira

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as stated
• 6+ years directing strategic project intake, discovery, end-to-end delivery
• Strong communication and analytical skills and ability to drive change
• Knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and traditional PM practices
• Experience reporting status, risks, issues, and resources to leadership
• Familiarity with Jira & Confluence

Responsibilities

• Facilitate project intake and discovery with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Maintain up-to-date project status and reporting
• Champion process optimization and continuous improvement
• Define metrics to assess project health and efficiency
• Conduct discovery to gather requirements, assess risks and scope
• Lead regular reviews to evaluate performance and issues
• Coordinate release planning across projects
• Bridge communication between tech teams and business partners
