Job summary

Addition Solutions partners with a national security organisation to appoint a Senior Technical Programme Manager on an 18-month contract, fully onsite in Milton Keynes. Inside IR35, DV clearance and British citizenship are required.

You will provide expert technical leadership across capability development and transition projects, review technical solutions, challenge assumptions and guide delivery decisions throughout the capability lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical programmes across engineering or security.
• Ability to review designs and plans and guide delivery decisions.
• Proven governance and assurance across complex technical programmes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and assurance across capability lifecycle.
• Review designs, architectures and implementation plans for maturity.
• Guide teams on options, trade-offs and delivery approaches.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and challenges.
• Assess emerging technologies for maturity and applicability.
• Oversee testing, acceptance and operational assurance for deployment.
