Meta is seeking a Technical Program Manager in Monetization to lead cross-functional programs spanning engineering, ML, product, and data science. You will own program plans, dependencies, and risk management, connecting technical work to advertiser outcomes and business impact.

You will partner with leaders to align roadmaps with customer needs, build robust risk processes, and scale TPM practices across teams, including mentoring and hiring support.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience driving and delivering complex technical programs or products from inception to delivery across multiple cross-functional teams and organizations.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems or data-intensive products.
• Experience with A/B testing and experiment-driven launch decisions.
• Experience with machine learning programs, including experimentation, model development, or production ML launches.
• Experience adhering to responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality reviews).

• Drive complex, cross-organizational programs autonomously by creating program structures that establish clarity, accountability, and execution efficiency across multiple teams and pillars.
• Translate technical strategy into structured program plans with milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
• Conduct deep technical assessments and distill insights into actionable recommendations.
• Partner with organizational leaders to shape strategic direction, incorporating customer roadmap needs and quality signals.
• Establish risk registers, develop quantitative risk evaluation methods, and build dashboards for program health.
• Define success metrics and track program impact across teams.
• Craft technically complex communications for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Identify and resolve conflicts across cross-functional teams and unblock workstreams.
• Contribute to the TPM community through mentoring, hiring support, and onboarding frameworks.
• Drive adoption of tools and AI-powered solutions to expand program delivery.
