Qualifications

• Proven leadership of delivery of technical projects, portfolios or workstreams.
• Experience in agile product-led environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing ability.
• Competent planning, governance, controls and reporting.
• Experience managing risks, issues and dependencies in complex timelines.
• Collaborative leadership style to drive momentum and clarity.
• Experience managing competitive procurement processes and supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex large-scale technology projects, programmes or a portfolio with budgets up to £10 million.
• Deliver outputs and benefits within time, cost and quality constraints.
• Apply appropriate project delivery methodologies.
• Establish governance with senior stakeholders.
• Maintain delivery momentum and manage risks, issues and dependencies.
• Create a clear delivery plan with defined deliverables.
• Ensure plans are visible to teams, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Foster a collaborative team environment with open communication and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate procurement processes including RFPs, supplier briefs and work orders.
• Ensure suppliers meet contract milestones.
• Liaise with 3rd Party Engagement for governance and escalation paths.
