As a Product Manager in Employee Platforms Group, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. Job responsibilities
- Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
- Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
- Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, backlogs, and customer-facing SLOs/SLAs.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, customer impact, and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to the development of control frameworks for recorded user population management and operational data integrity.
- Support the uplift of voice recording applications to latest versions and cloud deployments.
- Build strong partnerships with internal teams, senior stakeholders, and customer advisory boards.
- Monitor product performance, collect user feedback, and iterate to improve features and reliability.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Experience in technology product management within an enterprise environment, preferably in financial services.
- Hands‑on experience delivering voice recording solutions to end users and control functions.
- Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, technical design, and data analytics.
- Exposure to archive solutions from vendors such as Smarsh, Thetalake, CallCabinet, Verint, Ring Central, NICE, OpenText, Global Relay, Proofpoint, Archive360, Mimecast, Calabrio
- Knowledge of software development and delivery methodologies (SDLC, SAFe, Scrum) and practices for both custom and vendor solutions.
- Experience providing roadmaps, product overviews, reports, backlog, and documentation for enterprise technology solutions.
- Ability to write technical stories in JIRA/Confluence using industry standard notations.

- Experience with cloud strategy and deployments for information archive platforms.
