Locate a Locum in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Technical Product Manager who combines technical knowledge with complete product ownership. You will have end-to-end ownership over your assigned product domain, shaping solutions, defining technical boundaries, and driving high-impact outcomes to scale our platform.

In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams and manage development workflows in focused release cycles, delivering value while aligning stakeholders and measuring success

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management with a track record of shipping products at scale.
• Hands-on experience as a Software Engineer, Developer or Solutions Architect or demonstrated fluency with APIs, data models, system architecture.

Responsibilities

• Roadmap & Strategy Ownership: own the product roadmap end-to-end and align with Sales, Customer Success and Engineering.
• Technical Problem Shaping: evaluate system constraints, APIs, and data models to define clear project scopes.
• Development Workflow Management: lead cycle-based delivery and trim non-essential scope to protect release dates.
• Customer & Commercial Focus: translate customer insight into features that drive adoption, retention and revenue growth.
• Stakeholder Alignment: communicate direction and outcomes across Senior Leadership, Sales, Customer Success and Operations.
• Metrics & Outcomes: define KPIs for feature success and track post-launch performance.
