Job summary

Payset is hiring a Technical Product Manager to lead the core backend team for payments infrastructure in a fast-paced fintech environment. You will own the product direction for payment rails, settlement flows, FX, and related APIs, working as the bridge between engineering and the business.

You will translate technical and regulatory requirements into clear specs, drive delivery, and collaborate with compliance, risk, and legal to maintain regulatory standards across markets.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for Payset's core payment infrastructure and define priorities with engineering leads.
• Translate complex technical and regulatory requirements into actionable product specs for engineering.
• Drive delivery across the core backend team from discovery to release and iteration.
• Work with compliance, risk, and legal to ensure regulatory standards across jurisdictions.
• Own relationships with payment schemes, banking partners, and third‑party providers.
• Define and track metrics: reliability, transaction success, latency, and volumes.
• Identify technical debt and infrastructure gaps and advocate for addressing them alongside new features.
