Job summary

Kernel is seeking a highly technical, full-stack product thinker to own product work end-to-end, collaborating directly with the founders and the engineering team. You will own all stages from discovery to implementation for our core product areas and bets, and be data- and metrics-driven in your approach.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in Product Management, comfort with evals to drive quality, strong API/data pipeline SQL skills, and a bias for ownership and rapid, informed decision making.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Product Management experience building complex products.
• Comfortable with evals for agents and improving quality via iterative evals.
• Technical IQ: API, data pipelines, SQL.
• Extreme ownership: cradle-to-grave ownership of your area.
• Clever use of AI: proficient AI use without losing your own instincts.

Responsibilities
