Job summary

Nscale is building a world-class GenAI cloud platform. We seek a Senior Technical Product Manager for Observability to own the telemetry pipeline, logging, metrics, and dashboards, enabling operators to monitor GPU fleets at scale.

You will collaborate with Fleet Software, Network Engineering, and Data Centre Operations to ship impactful outcomes and drive reliability. You will partner daily with cross-functional teams to define what to measure, how to surface data, and how to reduce noise while

Qualifications

5–8 years in product management, with a track record in observability, infrastructure, or operations-facing products.
Experience building observability stacks that surface logs, metrics, and traces at scale.
Hands-on with monitoring/tools such as Prometheus, Loki, Grafana, Datadog, or OpenTelemetry.
Experience deploying tooling in data centres or infrastructure contexts including provisioning workflows.
Proven ability to work with operators and delivery teams and translate needs into paid outcomes.
Strong technical fluency to lead architecture and trade-off discussions across telemetry pipelines and storage.
Excellent written and verbal communication across engineers, operators, and executives.

Responsibilities

Own the roadmap for Nscale’s observability platform, including telemetry pipeline, log/metrics aggregation, and dashboards.
Define data capture, aggregation, and surface methods for fleet visibility and incident management.
Own alerting strategy, reduce noise, and ensure timely signal delivery.
Capture telemetry requirements as fleet scales, extending coverage across new hardware, sites, and deployment types.
Shadow incident reviews to turn gaps into platform capabilities.
Define and driving metrics like signal-to-noise, time-to-detect, and time-to-resolve.
Mentor junior PMs and raise the bar for PRDs and product decisions across the team.
