Senior Observability Platform PM for GPU Fleet

Job summary

Nscale is building a world-class AI cloud platform. We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager for Observability to own the platform that provides real-time visibility into GPU fleets, including telemetry pipelines, aggregation, and user-facing dashboards.

You will collaborate with Fleet Software, Network Engineering, Data Centre Operations, and customer teams to scale from a handful of deployments to a globally distributed fleet, driving reliable, observable infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in product management, with a track record owning significant areas in observability, infrastructure, or operations-facing products.
• Built an observability stack that captures and surfaces logs, metrics, and traces at scale, with thoughtful UX and architecture tradeoffs.
• Hands-on experience with Prometheus, Loki, Mimir, Datadog, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry.
• Experience deploying tooling in data centres or infra contexts, including provisioning workflows and network automation.
• Experience working with operators and delivery teams to align workflows with product needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication across engineers, operators, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for Nscale's observability platform: telemetry pipeline, log/metrics aggregation, traces, and customer facing APIs/dashboards.
• Define data capture, aggregation, and surface strategies to enable fleet management and incident response.
• Own alerting strategy and optimization to reduce noise and surface critical signals.
• Capture and prioritise telemetry requirements as the fleet scales with new hardware, sites, and deployments.
• Shadow incident reviews to turn visibility gaps into platform capabilities.
• Define and drive metrics like time-to-detect, time-to-resolve, and coverage for reliability.
• Mentor junior PMs and raise PRD, review, and product decision quality across the team.
