Job summary

Arm is seeking a creative technologist to craft motion graphics and visual narratives that communicate complex technology for developers, partners, and customers. You will collaborate with Product Marketing, Engineering, and Demo teams to produce high-quality animations, explainers, and launch assets.

You will explore AI-driven workflows and real-time content ideas while ensuring consistency with Arm's storytelling standards and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience creating modern, compelling motion graphics, animation, or digital content for technology products using Adobe After Effects.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator; DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
• Experience producing technical explainers and product storytelling content.
• Strong visual design, typography, and storytelling skills.
• Experience collaborating across creative, engineering, and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Create motion graphics, animations, explainers, and visual narratives for product launches, campaigns, demos, and keynotes.
• Translate complex technical concepts into engaging visual content for developers, partners, customers, and investors.
• Develop product visualizations, system diagrams, architectural animations, and technology storytelling assets.
• Create content optimized for social media, digital channels, events, presentations, and executive communications.
• Leverage Generative AI tools and emerging creative workflows to accelerate content production and experimentation.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Creative Directors, Demo Engineers, and Content teams to develop compelling visual stories.
• Contribute to Arm's visual storytelling standards and creative innovation initiatives.

As a member of Arm's Product Creative organization, you will help transform complex technologies into compelling visual stories that communicate the value of Arm products, software, AI, and ecosystem innovations. This role combines motion design, technical visualization, product storytelling, and emerging AI creative workflows. Working closely with Product Marketing, Engineering, Creative, and Demo teams, you will invent high-impact animations, explainers, product visualizations, keynote assets, social content, and launch materials that help audiences understand Arm technology. Responsibilities

• Create motion graphics, animations, explainers, and visual narratives for product launches, campaigns, demos, and keynotes. Focus is mainly motion graphics in After Effects, with highly refined visual quality and artistic perception.
• Translate complex technical concepts into engaging visual content for developers, partners, customers, and investors.
• Develop product visualizations, system diagrams, architectural animations, and technology storytelling assets.
• Create content optimized for social media, digital channels, events, presentations, and executive communications.
• Leverage Generative AI tools and emerging creative workflows to accelerate content production and experimentation.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Creative Directors, Demo Engineers, and Content teams to develop compelling visual stories.
• Contribute to Arm's visual storytelling standards and creative innovation initiatives.

Required Experience

• Experience creating modern, compelling motion graphics, animation, or digital content for technology products using Adobe After Effects.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Black-magic DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
• Experience producing technical explainers and product storytelling content.
• Strong visual design, typography, and storytelling skills.
• Experience collaborating across creative, engineering, and marketing teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, Unreal Engine, or real-time rendering workflows.
• Experience with ComfyUI, Flux, Runway, Midjourney, or AI creative tools.
• Experience creating content for semiconductor, software, AI, cloud, or developer audiences.
• Familiarity with video production, editing, and social content workflows.
