Head of Technical

Are you an experienced Head of Technical with a strong background in food manufacturing? Do you have a passion for driving food safety and quality standards across site?

We’re looking for a candidate with significant experience in a senior technical role within the food manufacturing industry, with a proven ability to lead technical teams and manage food safety and quality systems such as BRC and HACCP. Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills are essential, as you’ll be working closely with cross-functional teams to create a proactive, quality-driven culture.

As a key member of the site leadership team, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing technical strategy in line with the business objectives. You’ll need to be both strategic and hands-on, developing key relationships with customer contacts and leading the overall strategy onsite.

The successful candidate will have responsibility for ensuring food safety, quality standards, regulatory compliance across the site and driving continuous improvement in food safety and quality procedures, and ensuring the highest standards are upheld in every aspect of production. Your ability to foster a culture of excellence, sustainability, and collaboration.
