The Senior Technical Manager will play a pivotal leadership role in delivering residential developments across the South West region. Reporting to the Technical Director, responsibilities include managing design and technical delivery from land acquisition to site completion, ensuring buildability, compliance, and design quality. The role involves leading the regional technical team, managing external consultants, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to standard.
