Location: Ideally based in or around Bristol area, with regional travel as required

As a Senior Technical Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role in the successful delivery of residential developments across the South West region. Reporting to the Technical Director, you will be responsible for managing the design and technical delivery process from land acquisition through to site delivery, ensuring buildability, compliance, commercial efficiency, and design quality.
You will help lead the regional Technical team, manage external consultants, and collaborate closely with internal departments including Land, Planning, Commercial, Construction, and Sales. Your focus will be on delivering commercially viable and technically robust schemes on time and to standard, while contributing to the strategic direction of the region's technical function.
