Job summary

Thales UK is seeking an experienced cyber security architect for Exercise and Training in a predominantly remote role across UK sites. You will define architectures, assure implementations, and guide delivery of secure exercises for national resilience.

The role requires leadership across technical authorities, engagement with senior stakeholders, and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Cyber Security or related field.
• Experience as Technical Authority/Design Authority or equivalent senior engineering role.
• Deep expertise in modern security engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Define Exercise and Training technical strategy for UK customers.
• Lead architecture design of OT Range capabilities available to customers.
• Provide technical leadership to engineering teams for Exercise and Training offers.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to translate complex concepts into actionable decisions.
• Shape internal standards, patterns and governance for consistency across programmes.
