• Plan and set up events from small meetings to large productions.
• Act as main point of contact for clients ensuring their needs are met.
• Build and maintain a portfolio of standard set designs and visuals.
• Maximise sales potential by up-selling services.
• Develop and maintain relations with clients for future business.
• Ensure responsibilities are within budget and negotiate rates.
• Cultivate relations with hotel/venue staff for smooth operations.
