Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in live event AV, system engineering, or equipment prep roles.
• Deep understanding of professional audio systems and networked audio.
• Ability to lift and handle equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Maintain expert understanding of technical equipment in stock.
• Implement a scheduled maintenance program to minimize downtime.
• Ensure all equipment leaving the warehouse is tested and show-ready.
• Deliver hands-on training for staff and freelancers.
