Responsibilities

• Attend client meetings to scope requirements and shape project delivery.
• Manage projects from initial brief through to on‑site execution.
• Conduct site visits and prepare technical specifications.
• Produce quotes and support CAD-based planning.
• Oversee event logistics including equipment, crew scheduling, and transportation.
• Manage and report on budgets.
• Act as the on‑site production lead during live events.
