Job summary

Barclays is seeking a Technical Delivery Lead to drive the Banking Book Subledger transformation programme from Northampton. You will lead large-scale SAFe Agile Release Trains, guide technical design decisions, and partner with engineering, architecture, finance and business units to deliver complex enterprise transformations.

Qualifications

• Experience with risk and controls, change and transformation, and strong business acumen with digital and technology.
• Governance, RAID management, executive communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in Banking Book, Subledger, General Ledger, Accounting Controls, Treasury, Product Control or Finance Reporting environments.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile Planning and enable readiness for team-of-teams events.
• Support planning execution and cross-team backlog refinement for strategic alignment.
• Coach cross-team agile practices and Scrum Master coaching across teams.
• Identify and mitigate cross-team risks and dependencies; remove blockers to delivery.
• Stakeholder management: liaise with business, product, vendors to align goals.
• Champion ways of working and foster an open, collaborative agile culture.
• Coordinate interlock and dependency management for release readiness and communication.
• Monitor delivery progress, ensure data quality and optimal technology use.
• Track and report key metrics to governance forums for continuous improvement.
