Qualifications

• 5+ years' work experience in technical/business analysis or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to multi-task effectively whilst monitoring deliverables and deadlines.
• Strong Excel skills with experience manipulating large data sets or creating cash flow models.
• Familiarity with coding languages such as Python is advantageous.
• Pensions, insurance and/or reinsurance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Analysis → Design → Development → Testing → Implementation of new features and functionality to the in-house systems to accommodate new transactions and operational/actuarial efficiencies.

Miryco is working with a leading player in the insurance and pensions market.

Our client are searching for a Technical Business Analyst/Technical Operations Analyst whose primary responsibilities include looking at new deals and the subsequent implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the companies insurance and pension systems.

You will have interaction with multiple stakeholders throughout the business, particularly with the technology and actuarial/pricing teams. The work is varied and project-based and offers a good deal of freedom and self-direction. This is a great opportunity to join a high-performing team supporting the growth of a dynamic company.

The role can be summarised as:

Lead the Analysis > Design > Development > Testing > Implementation of new features and functionality to the in-house systems to accommodate new transactions and operational/actuarial efficiencies.
