They seek a Technical Business Analyst/Technical Operations Analyst to lead analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of new features for in-house systems and to drive efficiencies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' work experience in technical/business analysis or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to multi-task effectively whilst monitoring deliverables and deadlines.
• Strong Excel skills with experience manipulating large data sets or creating cash flow models.
• Familiarity with coding languages such as Python is advantageous.
• Pensions, insurance and/or reinsurance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Analysis → Design → Development → Testing → Implementation of new features and functionality to the in-house systems to accommodate new transactions and operational/actuarial efficiencies.
• Interact with multiple stakeholders throughout the business, particularly with the technology and actuarial/pricing teams.
• Support a project-based environment with freedom and self-direction and drive continuous improvement of systems.
