About The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Technical Product Manager to lead and champion our Vitruvian platform within the iGaming context. Reporting directly to the Director of Vitruvian Product, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing the platform's vision.

The Vitruvian Platform is Bally’s proprietary solution designed to help businesses grow, improve efficiency, and achieve strategic goals through advanced data management, AI, marketing technology, and no-code real-time tracking. It supports digital transformation and data-driven decision-making, enabling businesses to streamline operations, optimize performance, and drive innovation.

The ideal candidate brings a strong technical background, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive strategic alignment across cross-functional teams. You will work closely with key data verticals—including Architecture, Data Engineering, AI/ML, and Real-Time Tracking—to ensure a cohesive, scalable, and high-impact approach to data and AI across the organization. This is an opportunity to own and influence the next evolution of our Data & AI ecosystem.

This role holds end-to-end ownership of our Vitruvian platform execution across the iGaming domain. As the primary liaison between the platform’s account management team, the iGaming Product team, and various other key stakeholders, you will ensure seamless communication and alignment of priorities.

Your mission is to define and execute a unified strategic vision, ensuring the development of robust, scalable, and high-value Vitruvian solutions that drive the iGaming vision. You will lead agile teams in delivering impactful initiatives while working closely with regional teams to enable global implementation.

Collaboration is at the heart of this role—you will work closely with Legal, Marketing, Privacy, Product, and Program Management to navigate complex challenges, align on business objectives, and drive solutions that elevate player experiences and maximize business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end requirements ownership and solutions for Vitruvian iGaming objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all iGaming-related initiatives based on our analytical platform, providing leadership and technical guidance.
• Partner with regional delivery teams to optimise the use of our analytical platform, ensuring that it’s being fully leveraged.
• Manage the Vitruvian Product portfolio, including decisions on product evolution, prioritisation, and sunsetting.
• Align Vitruvian’s product development processes with the company's overarching goals and vision.
• Guide and support agile teams in delivering impactful iGaming initiatives, driving efficiency and best practices in execution.
  
  

Experience Required

• Proven experience in the gambling industry, with a strong understanding of iGaming products, market dynamics, and player engagement strategies.
• Experience in Data, AI, and Product Management, with a track record of driving innovation and business impact.
• Deep expertise in Data, AI/ML, and Real-Time architectures, with the ability to bridge technical and business needs.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies and their practical applications in the gambling industry, including player behaviour analysis, risk management, and personalization strategies.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to see the bigger picture, align decisions with long-term objectives, and drive impactful, forward-looking solutions.
• Extensive knowledge of product management methodologies and best practices, with a strong track record of leading product strategy, execution, and innovation.
• Creative problem solver with a strategic mindset, able to develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
