  6. Ensure working drawings comply with planning schemes and conditions.
  7. Monitor production information in coordination with the Commercial Department to control costs and adhere to budgets.
  8. Manage the Professional Fees budget and update fee reports monthly for valuation meetings.
  9. Ensure compliance with Group Policies and Procedures.
  10. Oversee the preparation and approval of Brochure Plans, Conveyance Plans, and Sales Area drawings.
  11. Attend site progress meetings and conduct site inspections.
  12. Participate in various project meetings and coordinate with internal and external parties.
  13. Attend subcontractor interviews and meetings as appropriate.
  14. Respond to site queries and resolve technical and construction issues.
  15. Issue drawings and information for construction purposes.

To succeed in this role, candidates should have:

  1. A qualification as a Civil/Building Engineer or a related degree, HNC/HND in a built environment with relevant experience.
  2. Knowledge of house and apartment construction, Building Regulations, NHBC, Party Wall Awards, and related legislation.
  3. Strong communication, meeting, and management skills for working with multidisciplinary teams.
  4. Problem recognition and resolution skills.
  5. Ability to set tasks and manage teams effectively.
