Job Description:

We have partnered with a global digital & technology consultancy, specializing in Cloud Adoption, Digital Architecture/Transformation & NextGen AI Solutions. They are seeking a Managing Consultant - Technical Business Analyst to act as a key link between business and technology teams, managing other Business Analysts. You will leverage your expertise in software architecture and backend frameworks to translate business objectives into technical features that align with client goals and user needs.

This role is fully remote with occasional travel to London, Glasgow, Manchester, or Newcastle.

Salary: £88,000 + £8,000 bonus and other benefits.

Must Have Requirements & Experience:

• Must be eligible for or already possess SC Clearance
• Proven experience managing a team of Business Analysts
• Experience in technical design and development of technology products
• Experience working with technical architecture and technical writing
• Experience in data analysis, modeling, and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, PowerBI)
• Ability to facilitate end-to-end delivery from research to deployment
• Experience building and prioritizing agile backlogs for technical requirements
• Proven collaboration with Architects, Data Engineers/Analysts, Developers, etc.
• Ability to learn delivery methodologies like Scrum, SAFE, Waterfall
• Experience with presales, demos, presentations, and bids

Ideally, you would also have:

• Experience across sectors such as Public Sector, Utilities, Financial Services, Retail
• Experience supporting internal operations, including recruitment, client development, mentoring, and training
• Certifications in Business Analysis, Agile, User-Centered Design, etc.
