Job Description:

We have partnered with a global, leading digital & technology consultancy, specialising in Cloud Adoption, Digital Architecture/Transformation & NextGen AI Solutions. They are seeking a Managing Consultant - Technical Business Analyst to serve as a critical link between business and technology teams and manage other Business Analysts. Your expertise in software architecture and backend frameworks will help translate business objectives into technical features that meet client goals and user needs.

This role is fully remote with occasional travel to London, Glasgow, Manchester, or Newcastle.

Salary: £88,000 + £8,000 bonus and other benefits.

Must Have Requirements & Experience:

• Must be eligible for or already possess SC Clearance
• Proven experience managing a team of Business Analysts
• Experience in technical design and development of technology-based products
• Experience working with technical architecture and technical writing
• Experience in data analysis, data modelling, and data visualisation tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, PowerBI). Willing to learn database schemas, data manipulation, cleaning, transformation, and aggregation
• Ability to facilitate end-to-end delivery, from research and solution design to development, testing, and release
• Ability to build, refine, and prioritise an agile backlog for technical implementation
• Experience collaborating with architects, data engineers/analysts, technical designers, and developers
• Ability to learn different delivery methodologies such as Scrum, SAFE, and Waterfall
• Experience with presales and business development, including RFPs, demos, presentations, and bids

Ideally, you would also have:

• Experience across sectors like Public Sector, Utilities, Financial Services, Consumer Products, and Retail
• Experience supporting internal team operations, recruitment, client development, line management, training, and mentoring
• Certifications in Business Analysis, Agile Delivery, User-Centred Design, etc.
