Job Description:

We have partnered with a global digital & technology consultancy, specializing in Cloud Adoption, Digital Architecture/Transformation & NextGen AI Solutions, seeking a Managing Consultant - Technical Business Analyst. You will act as a critical link between business and technology teams, managing other Business Analysts. Your expertise in software architecture and backend frameworks will help translate business objectives into technical features that meet client goals and user needs.

This role is fully remote with occasional travel to London, Glasgow, Manchester, or Newcastle.

Salary: £88,000 + £8,000 bonus and other benefits.

Must Have Requirements & Experience:

• Must be eligible for or already possess SC Clearance
• Proven experience managing a team of Business Analysts
• Experience in technical design and development of technology-based products
• Experience with technical architecture and technical writing
• Experience in data analysis, data modelling, and data visualization tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau, PowerBI). Willing to learn database schemas, data cleaning, transformation, and aggregation
• Ability to facilitate end-to-end delivery from research to deployment
• Experience building, refining, and prioritizing an agile backlog
• Experience collaborating with Architects, Data Engineers/Analysts, and Developers
• Ability to learn methodologies like Scrum, SAFE, and Waterfall
• Experience with presales, demos, presentations, and bids

Ideally, you would also have:

• Experience across sectors like Public, Utilities, Financial Services, Retail
• Supporting internal operations, recruitment, client development, line management, training, mentoring
• Certifications in Business Analysis, Agile, User-Centered Design
