- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in banking/financial services.
- Strong knowledge of Mainframe environments and DB2 databases.
- Experience in data migration or system migration projects.
- Experience in functional analysis, requirements gathering, and process documentation.
- Understanding of data mapping, validation, and reconciliation processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Fluent English.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Participate in data migration projects with data integrity.
- Analyze Mainframe and DB2 systems and migration needs.
- Define data mapping, transformation rules, and migration strategies.
- Support testing activities including data validation and UAT.
- Bridge between business, IT, and project managers.
- Prepare functional documentation and monitor deliverables.
