CDW is seeking a Principal Technical Consultant in Peterborough, hybrid role, full time. You will deliver expert technical solutions, translate complex requirements, and drive customer value across environments with strong vendor relationships.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and collaboration with sales, product, and support teams. You will mentor colleagues, manage delivery risks, and ensure designs meet strategic business goals while maintaining commercial viability.

Qualifications

• Deep Broadcom VMware expertise, incl. VCF 9.1 design and delivery.
• VMware certifications such as VCAP VCF Architect are required.
• Proven consultancy experience leading workshops and shaping solutions.
• Clear communication, confident presentation, and documentation skills.
• Eligible for security clearance and able to build strong client relationships.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver implementation services across diverse clients and tech stacks.
• Mentor others and act as escalation point with SME knowledge.
• Collaborate with Sales, Projects Practice, Pre-Sales, and customers.
• Create technical documentation and test scenarios as needed.
• Review costings sheets and develop low-level designs and SoWs.
• Lead design workshops and present technical documentation to customers.
