About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Technical Architect to join our team and lead the design, development, and deployment of high-impact Salesforce solutions. This is a remote-first role based in the UK, with occasional travel for key client engagements. As a trusted advisor, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to define strategies, architect best-in-class solutions, and drive innovation in Salesforce ecosystems.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Architecting and designing scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and more).
2. Driving best practices in Salesforce DevOps, security, and integration strategies using APIs, MuleSoft, and middleware.
3. Leading technical teams, mentoring developers, and ensuring high-quality code and implementation.
4. Defining and implementing CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure-as-code approaches within the Salesforce ecosystem.
5. Collaborating with stakeholders, translating business needs into robust technical solutions that align with enterprise objectives.
6. Ensuring compliance and security standards are met (GDPR, ISO 27001, HIPAA, etc.).
7. Optimising performance and scalability of Salesforce applications and integrations.

What We’re Looking For:

1. 10+ years of experience in technical architecture, software development, and enterprise CRM solutions.
2. Strong Salesforce platform expertise, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL.
3. Experience with Salesforce API integrations (REST, SOAP, Bulk API) and middleware tools like MuleSoft.
4. Deep understanding of Salesforce security, identity management (OAuth, SAML, SSO), and governance best practices.
5. Hands-on experience in Salesforce DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, Git).
6. Strong knowledge of data management, AI-driven insights, and analytics within Salesforce.
7. Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
8. 4+ Salesforce certifications, such as:

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (preferred)
• Salesforce Application/System Architect
• Salesforce Certified Integration Architect
• Salesforce Certified Development Lifecycle & Deployment Architect
