What you’ll do…

Two in a Box Model: Work closely with the Product Owner to oversee and guide the team within Nucleus, collaborating closely with business, development, and third-party resources.

Technical Oversight: Facilitate code reviews, resolve defects, and mentor team members, including junior engineers and partner resources.

Project Management: Handle broader delivery aspects such as risk assessment, project planning, and maintaining documentation.

Implementation Support: Provide support for off-hours implementations.

Automation Integration: Enhance automation within the space and drive innovation within the team.

Innovation Focus: Continuously seek and implement innovative approaches to improve processes and solutions.

What we need from you…

Technical skills:

Strong understanding of structured delivery environments, including release planning and defect management.

Ability to interpret and troubleshoot technical issues across application layers.

Experience working with APIs and third-party vendors in a regulated or structured setting.

Experience working in an Agile delivery environment.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical issues and collaborate across teams.

Able to coordinate and support structured release cycles, including pre-release testing, deployment, and post-release validation.

Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks (Playwright) is a plus.

Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities in a structured environment.

Proven experience in bringing together individuals to form a highly effective team with a strong team identity.

Proactive and delivery-focused mindset, with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and follow through.

Adaptable and resilient, comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving platform space.
