Job summary

Qualifications

• Senior level experience with autonomous work and ownership of responsibilities.
• Proficient with Unity and scripting to bridge art and code.
• Experience with VFX and supporting art pipelines across projects.
• Familiarity with Blender preferred; able to transition quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own the VFX pipeline and create visuals that communicate gameplay and feedback.
• Implement assets in-engine, ensure proper materials, prefabs, and organization.
• Collaborate across disciplines to align art, design, and engineering.
• Identify bottlenecks and build lightweight tools to speed content production.
