Job summary

Ashurst Perkins Coie in London is seeking a senior associate to join the digital infrastructure team within our Technology Transactions practice. You will lead on projects, develop client relationships, mentor junior colleagues and collaborate across offices to shape cutting-edge deals.

You'll help drive thought leadership by presenting at seminars, drafting think-pieces on digital infrastructure, and supporting cross-border matters in a firm investing in growth.

Qualifications

• Post-qualification experience in private practice.
• Strong experience in technology transactions and TMT work.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead on projects for the digital infrastructure practice.
• Develop and manage relationships with existing and new clients.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
• Collaborate with colleagues across offices and practices.
