Job summary

Finastra is seeking an experienced technology lawyer to join its Legal team. You will own a broad range of matters across software and technology, drafting and negotiating software licenses, SaaS and PaaS agreements, OEM/distribution contracts and services agreements.

You will advise on supplier contracts and procurement, privacy and regulatory issues, IP/licensing, and export controls, with a proactive, commercially focused approach.

Qualifications

• UK or EU qualified legal practitioner with post‑qualification experience.
• Strong commercial contracting and negotiation experience.
• Experience advising in the software/technology sector.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate software and technology agreements, including licences, SaaS/PaaS, OEM and distribution contracts.
• Advise on contracts with technology suppliers and第三方 tech incorporated into Finastra solutions.
• Support commercial with partners, service providers and resellers; advise on procurement contracts.
• Provide guidance on privacy, data protection, regulatory matters, IP, licensing and export controls.
