Job summary

Fruition Group in Manchester is seeking a Senior - Principal Recruitment Consultant with the option to grow into a Billing Manager. You will drive billing performance, revenue growth and margin delivery across our Manchester tech recruitment operations while remaining hands-on in billing.

You will mentor a mixed team of contract and permanent consultants, build client relationships in the UK tech sector, identify scalable markets, and work cross-functionally with BD/sales to cross-sell and win

Qualifications

• Tech recruitment experience essential.
• Strong billing track record in recruitment agency environments (tech/engineering/digital).
• Ambition to grow into team leadership as we scale.
• Excellent communicator and coach.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with existing and future clients within the Tech Sector.
• Identify key scalable markets within the UK tech sector.
• Lead, mentor and manage a mixed team (contract & permanent) of recruitment consultants, setting targets and coaching.
• Recruit, onboard, train and integrate new team members as we scale in Manchester.
• Develop and embed best practices across the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, mandates, mapping, engagement, negotiations, billing and post-placement support.
• Collaborate with Enablis to identify sales opportunities/SOWs.
• Work with Fruition's BD/sales teams to expand accounts and cross-sell streams.
• Monitor metrics (pipeline health, conversion rates, margin leakage, revenue forecasts) and adjust as needed.
• Provide local market insights into Fruition's broader strategy.
