JCDecaux UK is seeking a Senior Technical Project & PMO Manager in Warrington to lead complex technology-led transformations and strengthen controls for scalable, secure change. You will align architecture, delivery, PMO governance and operational readiness to ensure programmes move from scoping to production with clear ownership.

The role emphasizes managing RAID, dependencies, release planning and ensuring business adoption and measurable value.

Qualifications

Strong technical programme or project management experience across applications, integration, cloud, data or platforms.
Good understanding of technical delivery lifecycles, testing, release planning and transition to support.
Experience partnering with Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, engineering or suppliers.

Responsibilities

Technical programme delivery: Lead complex technical programmes across discovery, planning, delivery, transition and closure, managing scope, risks and decisions.
Cloud, applications and integration: Coordinate delivery across Azure, applications, integrations, data platforms and digital services.
Architecture alignment: Collaborate with Enterprise and Solution Architecture for design decisions and roadmap alignment.
PMO governance and control: Maintain RAID, dependency tracking, financial impacts and governance reporting.
Technical delivery enablement: Work with engineering, data, service delivery and suppliers to remove blockers and manage release activity.
