JCDecaux UK Ltd is seeking a Senior Technical Project & PMO Manager to lead technology-led transformation, connecting business priorities with architecture and delivery. You will drive programmes from scoping to production with clear ownership and measurable value.

The role emphasizes risk management, governance, and operational readiness, ensuring secure, scalable outcomes and business adoption across projects in London and the UK.

Qualifications

• Strong track record delivering complex technical programmes.
• Experience across cloud, data platforms, and integrations.
• Proven PMO governance and financial control skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technical programmes across discovery, planning, delivery, transition and closure, managing scope, risks and decisions.
• Coordinate delivery across Azure, applications, integrations, data platforms and digital services, ensuring solutions are secure and supportable.
• Partner with Enterprise and Solution Architecture to manage design decisions, standards, dependencies and roadmap alignment.
• Maintain RAID, dependency tracking, governance packs and delivery confidence reporting.
• Work with engineering, data, service delivery and suppliers to enable delivery, readiness and cutover activities.
• Ensure delivery supports business adoption, sustainable support models and clear documentation.
