Job summary

PF Global is seeking a Senior Policy Manager to shape policy for leading global tech clients. You will develop policy ideas, briefings and submissions, and lead parliamentary activity from preparation to legislation engagement.

Deliver high-quality policy analysis, advise clients directly, and manage multiple workstreams with a collaborative team. This role offers hybrid flexibility in London with significant client exposure.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant policy, parliamentary, or consultancy experience.
• Strong understanding of UK tech policy and regulation (AI, copyright, online safety, data).
• Excellent writing, analytical, and advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop policy, research issues in depth, and propose credible policy positions and proposals.
• Produce political intelligence: track Parliament, government and regulators and write weekly analyses.
• Write submissions and evidence for government inquiries and regulators, from first analysis to final version.
• Prepare clients for select committees with witness packs, key messages, Q&A and briefings.
• Draft engagement materials and build stakeholder engagement plans.
• Advise on political and stakeholder strategy across core groups.
• Manage client accounts as primary contact and ensure timely delivery.
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to a high-performing team.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing work and support business development.
